Importance of Speaking

The session becomes lively when students discuss tasks or ideas and question one another, negotiate meaning, clarify their thoughts, and clear their understanding.

The class is great when there is balance of student/trainer relationship, trainer and student involvement, a nice course load, with fun aspects sprinkled into the class.
